Rosa Parks, 2000th death in Iraq, etc...

The passing of Rosa Parks should have us reflect on where we were 50 odd years ago and where we are now...Look at Katrina debacle...we have made some steps forward, but as a nation we are still very much separated by race, and economics...It took a weary black woman wanting to sit down to help ignite a civil rights movement...maybe GW has started the next one...Thanks GW...

2000th US death in Iraq...milestone...no, not really...if it keeps the focus on the ongoing illegal war, then it is for the best...1 death is horrible...exception, they should have/could have assassinated Saddam 15 years ago and set up a better US puppet regime in Iraq...So a big "fuck you" goes to GHW Bush, WJ Clinton, and GW Bush...

Amen. You know, it's funny that the US has a policy of NOT assassinating world leaders...like that would be immoral. But sending poor people (since it seems most grunts come from a background in poverty) to fight a questionable (illegal, immoral, whatever..) war is AOK. How stupid. The cost of one bullet vs billions spent on this debacle...what would be better?
